Buying monitor arms for an office is a different job from buying one
When you buy a single monitor arm, you compare a few listings and pick one. When you buy four hundred, the questions change entirely: will the clamp fit our desks, can we hold this as a standard part number for the next three years, who fits them, who honours the warranty in year two, and can the invoice be raised against the right entity.
Those are procurement questions, not shopping questions — and they are the reason a facilities team is usually better off buying from an AV integrator than from a marketplace. Lead times assume the model is in stock and the desk check is clear. The single biggest cause of delay on a monitor-arm rollout is discovering at installation that the desks will not take a clamp — which is exactly what the survey step exists to prevent.
What to tell us — and what we check
The five things that decide the arm
You do not need to know the model. You need to know these:
- Screen size and weight. Weight matters more than size — a 32-inch panel can be 4 kg or 12 kg, and that decides whether a spring-assisted arm is enough or you need gas spring.
- VESA pattern. Almost always 75×75 mm or 100×100 mm. Screens with no VESA holes need an adapter plate.
- Screens per desk. One, two or four. Dual screens from one fixing keep the desk edge clear.
- Desk fixing. Clamp on the back edge, or a grommet post through an existing cable hole. Grommet is usually the better call on a permanent office fit-out.
- Desktop thickness and edge clearance. The clamp has a working range, and a back rail or a flush modesty panel can rule it out.
- Sit-stand desks. If the desks rise, the arm has to be gas spring — a stiff mechanical spring is a daily annoyance on a desk that moves.

We check desktop thickness, edge clearance, modesty panels and grommet holes on site. It is a short visit that prevents the most common and most expensive mistake on a monitor-arm rollout.

One part number per desk type, fixed as your standard and held for repeat orders. New joiner in eighteen months gets the identical arm, not the nearest thing still listed.
Fitted, not just delivered
Our AV team installs the arms, routes the cables and sets the screen height across the floor. The same team that installs your meeting-room systems.

3-year LUMI India warranty through an authorised distributor. If an arm fails in year two, you call us.

Bulk & corporate supply — FAQs
Bulk pricing starts at 10 units. Below that we quote at list price with a GST invoice. The tiers step up at 10, 25, 100 and 250+ desks — and above 250 we will usually hold stock against a phased rollout so you are not waiting on a single large shipment.
Yes, and this is the main reason companies buy from an integrator rather than a marketplace. We fix one part number per desk type, hold it as your standard, and supply the identical model to every site — so a desk in Bangalore matches a desk in Pune, and a replacement two years from now is the same arm.
We install. Vantage Systems is an AV integration company — the same team that fits video-conferencing and display systems does the monitor-arm rollout. We fit the arms, route the cables through the arm and desk grommet, and set the screen height at each desk. If your facilities team would rather do it, we can supply only.
For any order over about 25 desks we do a site survey first — desktop thickness, edge clearance, whether there is a modesty panel or back rail, and whether the desks have grommet holes. That check is what stops a delivery of two hundred clamps that will not fit the desks.

Yes — we deliver across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gujarat, Kolkata and nationwide. Installation is included as standard for projects in Bangalore and arranged on site for other cities as part of the project scope.
Yes. On larger rollouts we normally supply one or two sample arms first so the facilities team and a few users can try them on the actual desks. It is a small step that has changed the chosen model on more than one project.
