Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) — the operator of Namma Metro — needed certified, large-format displays for an operational viewing area where staff monitor live feeds across long shifts. Namma Metro is one of the busiest urban rail networks in India, and like every metro operator BMRCL runs continuous operational viewing — staff watching live feeds, dashboards and route information across long shifts. The displays in that viewing area cannot be off-the-shelf retail televisions. They have to be commercial-grade panels with a published 24×7 duty-cycle rating, and they have to sit on mounts that have been load-tested for a building members of the public move through. None of that fits inside a generic AV catalogue — it needs a partner who understands government-PSU procurement and public-infrastructure safety norms.
