A global specialty chemicals leader — with operations across the US, Europe and Asia — had taken a corporate decision: every meeting room in every office, worldwide, runs Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) on the same certified hardware. The Bangalore office had a large modular boardroom that needed to fall in line with the global spec — a room used for cross-region operations reviews, R&D collaboration with European labs and customer audits. The brief from corporate IT was non-negotiable: Logitech Rally Plus, Rally Mic Pods, native MTR. The local complication was that the room had multiple seating zones, a recently completed premium interior fit-out and a strict no-exposed-cable, no-table-clutter rule from the facilities team. The AV had to disappear into the ceiling — and still pick up every voice in the room cleanly.

Corporate IT had standardised on Microsoft Teams Rooms globally. The Bangalore office needed to match HQ’s room spec exactly — same Logitech Rally Plus kit, same certified MTR build, same user experience as Houston or Leverkusen.
Large modular conference room
Multiple seating zones, reconfigurable table layouts, mixed local-and-remote attendance. A single video-bar mic at the front of the room simply doesn’t pick up the people seated furthest from the screen.
