The Bangalore campus of one of the world’s largest water, waste and energy management groups had to do six things at once — an interactive Experience Centre for visitors, a town-hall cafeteria with an Absen 136″ LED video wall, a divisible training room with beamforming microphones, and a Google-Meet fleet of small meeting rooms. Vantage Systems delivered the full ₹27.7L stack across all 6 room types.

A Fortune Global 500 environmental services and water-management company — one of the largest sustainability businesses on earth — was fitting out its Bangalore campus. This wasn’t a single conference room. It was six completely different rooms with six completely different briefs:
An Experience Centre for visiting clients — needed two interactive displays and a Crestron audio environment. A Cafeteria that doubled as a town-hall venue for all-hands meetings — needed a large display visible to 100+ employees and a ClearOne wireless mic system that could pass between speakers. A divisible Training Room that could be one big classroom or two independent rooms, depending on the week — needed beamforming microphones, wireless lapels for trainers, divider-aware DSP routing, and the ability to combine/divide via tablet control. Plus a fleet of small meeting rooms (4-PAX and 6-PAX) on Google Meet hardware kits. Without one AV partner running the whole campus, the result would have been six mismatched islands.

Divide-or-combine training room
The training room had to operate as either one big room or two independent rooms — with audio routing, microphone pickup and display behaviour that switched along with the partition.

Vantage Systems specified, supplied, installed and commissioned the entire campus AV as a single project. Six rooms, six briefs, but one design language across the customer’s day-to-day UX.
Absen 136″ Active LED in the cafeteria/town-hall
A 136-inch Absen Active LED display anchors the cafeteria — bright, seamless, daylight-readable, perfect for town-halls. Backed by a ClearOne CONVERGE Pro 2 DSP mixer, a UNITE 200 Pro 20x PTZ camera, wireless handheld + beltpack + lavalier mics, and a ClearOne PA 460 amplifier driving wall speakers.
Divisible Training Room with BMA tile mics
Two LG/Samsung 85″ displays on custom AV trolleys, two Lenovo Google Meet Large Kits, two Barco ClickShare C-10 wireless presentation systems, and two ClearOne Beamforming Microphone Array (BMA) tile microphones — plus Dialog Aero wireless lapel mics for the trainers. Combine/divide controlled via an Android tablet.
Interactive Experience Centre + Meeting Room fleet
Two 75″ interactive displays on Lumi heavy-duty full-motion mounts in the Experience Centre with Crestron AMP-X300 + six Crestron Saros in-ceiling speakers. Plus three 4-PAX rooms (55″ displays) and two 6-PAX rooms (65″ displays) on Google Meet Medium Kits.
