MFar Holdings — one of Bangalore’s most established real-estate and infrastructure groups — was moving into a new corporate headquarters with eight meeting spaces spread across three floors. Each space had a different purpose: small huddle cabins for the CXOs, focused 6-8 pax meeting rooms, two ground-floor collaboration suites, two Chairman-tier executive offices, and a flagship 20-pax boardroom anchored by a 115″ large-format display.
The brief wasn’t “install some video conferencing.” It was harder than that. Every room had to feel like the same meeting experience — whether you were a CXO joining a 1:1 from a huddle cabin, an executive presenting in the Chairman’s office, or 20 leaders driving a quarterly review in the main boardroom. Cycling between Zoom, Teams and Google Meet had to be seamless. Visitors had to plug in and present in seconds. And in the executive spaces, the technology had to be invisible — the kind you don’t notice because it just works.
Brand fragmentation
Earlier deployments at peer companies had landed Cisco in one room, Poly in another, and a generic webcam in a third. Result: training friction, five ecosystems for IT to support, and meetings that started 4 minutes late.
BYOD connect time
Wireless presentation that takes 90 seconds to pair kills the meeting before it starts. The leadership wanted “walk in, present” — no dongles, no driver installs, no IT handholding.
20-pax camera coverage
A single fixed camera cannot frame 20 participants spread around a long boardroom table. Faces become unreadable, attribution is impossible, and remote participants feel like spectators.

Rather than treat each room as a separate project, Vantage Systems designed a single AV architecture in three tiers — sized to the room, but using the same controllers, the same wireless presentation flow, and the same daily UX everywhere.
